What is a UPN c-beam?
UPN channels are steel sections with a "U" or "C" cross section. They are hot-rolled products that are used in various industrial and construction applications.
The advantage of hot-rolled UPN channels is their resistance to load (including vertical) in comparison with the small weight of the channel. The versatility of UPN section allows a wide range of applications for different needs. It is also possible to cut, drill holes, make bevels, etc.
Examples of applications of UPN channels: strengthening of metal structures (for example, during the construction of bridges), exterior walls and interior walls, roofs in houses, production of gates, vehicle frames and many others.
Moris Sp. z o.o. offers the most popular grades of UPN channels: S235JR and S355J2. The rest of the grades we can offer you on request.
The range of g/w dimensions of UPN channels is from 40 mm to 400 mm, standard lengths are 6000 mm or 12000. Other dimensions we price individually.
