Delivery costs are calculated individually per order and depend on the weight, load size as well as distance.
Our rail sales department will present a transport cost calculation per inquiry.
SELF-PICKUP
Your order will be loaded in 30 min
We offer self-pickup from our modern warehouse. Get to know the full process before you arrive:
Book a pick-up slot in our TruckFlow system
The system will issue a transport number which allows the truck driver to enter our premises.
The driver pulls up at our entrance gate at the required time
A mobile text message (SMS) will inform the driver when to enter the warehouse
The truck is loaded in 30 min
Thanks to our automated warehouse, the loading time is minimised.
We weigh the outgoing truck
You can download the Delivery documents as well as product certificates from the Your Account section in our Platform. You will also recieve the same info in an email.
CAUTION: The goods in our warehouse are loaded only from the top using a crane - please ensure a capable truck is used for pickup.
