C45+C drawn or hulled round bar

- Drawn round bars are formed by machining on drawing machines, during which the material is drawn through a trapezoidal cylinder of smaller diameter. The result is improved strength, surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy.
- Hulled round bars obtain the required diameter by mechanically slicing the surface, removing scale and imperfections.
- Drawn or peeled bars are used in the automotive, furniture, construction and concrete reinforcement industries, among others.
- Steel grade C45+C is a carbon structural alloy steel, which undergoes additional drawing or peeling treatment, which improves its mechanical strength, hardness and surface quality.
