Angle cutting now available

 

With the aim of making our offer even better suited to the needs of our customers, we have introduced an angle cutting service on the Moris.eu platform. From now on, when ordering steel on Moris.eu you will be able to customize the steel products to the requirements of your project even better.

For each product, we provide multiple angle cutting diagrams to make it easier to configure the service precisely to the requirements of a given project.

Why use angle cutting at Moris.eu?

• Saves time - you receive ready, angled cut parts. The maximum cutting angle is 60°
• Precision - cutting performed in accordance with the selected parameters and tolerances.
• Safety - you do not have to cut yourself on site.
• Everything in one place - you will select the material as well as the cutting configuration directly in the online store.

After selecting the product and going to the die, click the "Custom cut" button.

 

 

A list of available cutting schemes will appear in the configurator.
After selecting one of them, specify:

• 1 or 2 cutting angles,
• length,
• tolerance,
• number of pieces.

 

 

The system will automatically check whether cutting is possible with the selected angle and length.
Note: the number of pieces means the number of finished cut sections.

After completing the data, the system will automatically calculate the price of the cutting service. The unit price decreases as the number of ordered pieces increases - the larger the order, the more profitable the cutting.

What products can be cut at an angle?

The service is available for many types of materials including:
- hollow sections,
- many steel profiles,
- pipes.
